Example
This is what you get.
Every morning at 5am your time, one email lands. It has your dog's breed-matched drill for that day — the drill name, what you need, and how to run it. That's it. Below is Day 1.
The curriculum
Three chapters. Ongoing.
The curriculum isn't random. It's sequenced on purpose — each block builds the neurological foundation the next one needs. You can't do Block 3 first. Your dog's brain isn't ready for it yet.
Block 1
Active Outlets
Days 1 – 30Physical drives first. Before we ask the brain to work, we let the body express what it's been holding. Dogs who skip this step are too aroused to focus on cognitive games.
- →Shredding — cardboard boxes, paper bags, toilet rolls
- →Digging — snuffle mats, scatter foraging, dig boxes
- →Heavy Chewing — durable stuffed frozen items
Block 2
Cognitive Challenges
Days 31 – 60Eyes off, nose on. Once physical arousal is lower, we recruit the brain. Scent work is the single most tiring thing a dog can do — 20 minutes of nose work outperforms a 2-hour walk.
- →Scent Work — single box → 8-box matrix → elevated hides → inaccessible hides
- →Problem Solving — novel containers, choice-based puzzles
- →Cooperative Tasks — games the dog and owner solve together
Block 3
Self-Regulation
Days 61 – 90The goal state. We're not just tiring the dog out — we're teaching them to self-regulate. A dog that can choose calm on their own, without owner intervention, is the whole point.
- →Decompression — lick mats, frozen items held for 10+ minutes
- →Sensory Soaking — long-duration calm, sustained low-arousal activities
- →Independent Settle — voluntary calm in a defined space, without a cue
Every email tells you which block you're in and why the category was chosen for your dog.

Golden Retriever
The Cooperative Hunter
Built to work alongside a human — flushing, pointing, retrieving. Biscuit doesn't want to relax. They want to cooperate on a mission. The good news: you get to be the mission controller.
🎯 Biscuit's top non-negotiables
✓ Daily nose work — sniffing tires them out faster than a run
✓ A clear 'end of session' cue so they can switch off
✓ Cooperative tasks over solo puzzles — they want to work with you

The Living Room Scatter Forage
How to run it:
- · While Biscuit is in another room, scatter a small handful of dry dog food across a 4×4 area of your living room rug.
- · Give a calm release cue — 'Find it' — and let them use their nose to clean the track.
- · Don't help. Don't hover. Let them work.
📅 What happens next
Tomorrow at 5am your time — Day 2 lands in your inbox. Each drill is ~15 minutes. Items you need are listed right in the email. Keep going. Every day adds up.
Premium benefit
Built-in flexibility.
The internet is overwhelming. We strip away the noise. If a drill doesn't fit your day or your dog's current mood, our built-in alteration frameworks give you instant permission to change the rules on the fly.
Adjusting difficulty
Reduce search containers and pre-show the food to make it easier. Add decoy boxes and expand the area to make it harder. Every drill has an easier and harder version.
Clearing distractions
Move to a quieter room, separate other pets, or turn off the TV for focus drills. Or run a familiar drill in a new location to genuinely challenge a confident dog.
Shifting the clock
Physical drills work best in the morning before arousal stacks. Scent and cognitive drills land better mid-morning. Decompression drills are ideal in the evening.
Handling missed days
Missed 1–2 days? Pick up exactly where you left off. Missed a week? Go back two days to re-anchor confidence. There's no failing this — any drill is a win.
Your dog's drills are matched to their breed group — different breed, different track.
