1. What We Collect
When you use Calmmdog, we may collect:
- Email address — to deliver your dog's daily enrichment drills
- Dog name and breed information — to personalise your enrichment plan
- Dog photo (optional) — displayed in your drill emails
- Timezone — to deliver emails at the right local time
- Enrichment goals — to shape which drills appear in your plan
2. How We Use It
We use your information solely to:
- Generate and deliver your personalised daily enrichment emails
- Maintain your place in the enrichment curriculum
- Improve our enrichment content over time
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.
3. Email Delivery
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver emails. Your email address and dog details are transmitted to Resend for the sole purpose of sending your enrichment drills. Resend's privacy policy applies to their handling of this data.
4. Data Storage
Your subscription data (email, dog name, breed, timezone, plan progress) is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database managed by Replit. Your dog photo, if provided, is stored as encrypted data associated with your subscription.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any drill email, which removes your subscription and all associated data.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Calmmdog does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not build advertising profiles from your usage.
7. Children
Calmmdog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
