By accessing or using Calmmdog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Calmmdog provides general canine mental enrichment ideas and educational content for informational purposes only. The Service is not a behavioral modification program, training service, veterinary service, or medical advice platform. All content — including breed profiles, enrichment drills, and curriculum emails — is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on Calmmdog constitutes professional behavioral, veterinary, or medical advice. The enrichment ideas provided are general in nature and may not be appropriate for every dog. You should always consult a qualified, in-person professional — including a certified veterinary behaviorist, a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), or your veterinarian — before beginning any new activity program with your dog, particularly if your dog has a history of reactivity, fear, aggression, biting, or any medical condition.

You, as the owner or guardian of your dog, are solely responsible for:

• Supervising your dog during any enrichment activity described in the Service
• Evaluating whether an activity is safe and appropriate for your individual dog
• Checking the safety of any toys, food items, or materials used during activities
• Monitoring your dog's stress signals and stopping any activity that causes distress
• Seeking professional guidance when needed

Dog training, canine enrichment, shredding exercises, digging activities, and physical movement drills carry inherent risks. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in suggested activities, including but not limited to:

• Soft tissue injury (muscle strains, sprains, ligament stress)
• Joint strain or aggravation of existing orthopedic conditions
• Foreign body ingestion (e.g. fabric, cardboard, toy components)
• Intestinal blockage or gastrointestinal obstruction
• Choking hazards from enrichment materials
• Property damage, including furniture, household items, and flooring
• Injury to persons present during activities

You acknowledge that no enrichment activity is risk-free, and that risks cannot be entirely eliminated even with supervision and proper execution.

Enrichment activities may involve shredding, digging, chewing, or manipulating household materials. You accept total financial and physical responsibility for any damage to household items, furniture, flooring, personal property, or real property caused by your dog during or after any activity suggested by the Service. Calmmdog LLC shall bear no liability whatsoever for property damage of any kind.

Calmmdog makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any enrichment content for your specific dog. Individual results vary significantly based on breed, history, temperament, health status, and environment. We do not guarantee any particular behavioral outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmmdog, its founders, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any activities you undertake based on content provided by the Service, including but not limited to injury to your dog, injury to persons, or property damage.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive enrichment drill emails from Calmmdog. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
